Brex is fine!
What do you like best about the product?
Travel points and Slack integration with the card

The travel hub was sorta clunky to use and logging in took multiple tries

pretty easy to use.

simple and easy document upload. It is super easy.

nothing. The service works for my needs regularly.

tracking expenses and reporting them. This is great.
Fast filters
What do you like best about the product?
I love how fast the filter functions work. I apply filters on date, receipts and memo function. It shows the results in a snap. Additionally. it is great to have PDF viewer in brex itself. My downloads would fill up, which isn't the case. Additionally, the layout of the whole website is comfortable to work with.

Nothing significant. everthing works great.

Using AI to categorize recurring transactions which helps me save time.
Detailed, concise, user-adaptable/customizable, universal platform for any team or business’ expense

Easy-to-use user interface, detailed & friendly policy-based reminders, clear & adjustable budget outline, easy transfer between multiple finance accounts

Camera feature for reciept capture could be improved to include bug fixes

Consistent budget tracking given the nature of field operations and varying site locations, tracking differing site manager's budget usage has never been easier
Brex is perfect for our company needs
What do you like best about the product?
The system is so easy to use. Customer service is always very professional and helpful. They follow up to make sure our inquiries are always resolved. Integration with our accounting (Xero) software is very easy
When there is fraudulent activity on any of our cards we are notified promptly with the card being deactivated as soon as we let them know that this was not our charges.
Really like the mobile app that allows you to easily take a picture and upload it to your transactions

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike with Brex. My issues at times are more user errors.

We have nothing that Brex is currently working to resolve for our company.

Nothing that I would call a dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live outside the US but my business is based in the US. So I travel frequently and I use my Brex cards for all my business travel, hotel, food expenses in the US.
Love It
What do you like best about the product?
I've had zero issues when using Brex. I can always look at my balance with just a glance. And every restaurant accepts Brex. I don't even bother using competitor cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had no negative experiences. Everything works well with Brex. It's a no brainer to use my card at restaurants during the work day. Brex doesn't need any improvements.

I'm able to separate my business expenses with one card.
Makes it easy to control and submit expenses

Brex keeps track of my expenses, sends reminders about missing reciepts, etc. Expense reporting couldn't be easier. I have seemless access from desktop or mobile device while on the road.

There is no downside. Has handled all of my requirements.

More accurate tracking and reporting of expenses by client.
Staff love it, ED loves it.

The automatic payment, the breakdown by user, and the customer service. And the card looks cool too.

There is nothing about our Brex card we're unhappy with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Numerous cards for different purposes was confusing. Customer service was exhausting at other providers and many issues never got resolved. With Brex we have a dedicated adviser and questions are answered quickly.
