The best card to have
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is the card is hassle free when making purchases. I also like that it comes with a app that I have downloaded to my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to the Brex card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex solved my problem instantly when my card was stolen
smooth and easy to submit and approve reimbursements

It's very straightforward to enter reimbursements, and requests can quickly be approved by managers

spending money with my own credit card and getting reimbursed by my company
brex came into play where no other service could!
What do you like best about the product?
As a foreign IT startup owner in the US, it has been a challenge to set up a bank for all my banking needs, and that is where Brex came into play. It is a fintech company that offers all you would need for your banking needs; the support and technical features it offers are far better than traditional banking; we especially love the credit cards feature for our team members.

What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, it would be better if Brex had a mobile app that had more or less same features as the web app. Also, if it incorporates invoicing like stripe does would also help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex solved the biggest problem of having all the banking channels in one dashboard. The cards, the expenses, the vendors as well as the accounting software we use.
Easy to track work expenses without forgetting to log receipts.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the text that gets sent automatically when a purchase is made so you don't forget to match up receipts. Plus the virtual card option makes it easy to use on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside - there is nothing about this app that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is solving the complex business expense tracking tasks that make people using company cards tedious. No more losing receipts - the auto text reminder to upload your receipt makes it almost impossible to get disorganized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Brex has a very easy user interface, which makes all the functions easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex doesn't have any negative qualities...if I had to choose something, I'd say just to make the color palette prettier.

Brex makes reporting my expenses the easiest the process has ever been for me. I usually dread that process, but Brex is super simple and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only is the online dashboard very well-designed visually, but it also communicates information effectively. It has all the features I need, such as filtering, aggregating, and sorting, but at the same time, it is not complicated or hard to use. I also like how easy it was to get my card in my Apple Wallet.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I have not experienced anything with Brex that I disliked. I don't use the mobile app very much, but that is probably due to my preference for web interfaces and the web dashboard having all the features I need.

Extremely easy to provide a company card to a new employee since they can get a digital card after registering online. Allows employees to expense travel/food the company has chosen to pay for.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent real-time support. User-friendly interface. Intuitive platform design. Support is available all the time and very helpful. The Brex platform helps in a better workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support chatbox minimizes in the same browser window. It would be helpful to have the option to open it in a separate window for multitasking, especially when referencing to other documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business fund transfers, receiving and sending payments, verification of transactions, walkthroughs, updating of cards and account information, labeling purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has great personalized onboarding and a easy to use UI for transactions and accounting. Enjoy the cash back on purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex / Quickbooks integration is challenging. I have to report and characterize transactions on both Brex and Quickbooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping us with corporate credit card. It's easy to review to see who is spending on what. This makes me more productive.
Great app, easy to use, very seamless
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to upload a receipt almost immediately after making a charge. I often forget to upload receipts, so this helps a lot. I also like that there is a "Tasks" section with any outstanding items that I need to address.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the app works really well for what I use it for. There are a couple of things that I would like to see added. The first is how to deal with recurring charges - perhaps there is a way to upload a receipt and have that apply to a charge each time that charge occurs each month. I have a number of recurring charges each month and it would be great to not have to upload the same receipt each month.
The other thing is the NOTES or COMMENTS for each receipt upload. Perhaps there could be a drop-down with pre-filled categories.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses brex to allow employees to make purchases without having to use personal cards, and so they can set limits for each employee. I definitely like using a company card in place of using my own card and then waiting to be reimbursed.

Just makes thing very easy to organize and helpful chasers makes you keep on top of things.

Sometimes the wallet card is not acceptable in some Countries and I've had to use personal credit cards.
