What do you like best about the product?
Seamless Onboarding: Brex's tech focused approach made signing up a breeze, their success managers are always there to guide you during your onboarding.
Rewarding: The reard system is a win-win for both the company and its employees, having a wide variaty of rewards for the company and for the employees
Top-Notch Suppport: Brex's customer support is exceptional! Whether it's live chat, phone, or email, their responsiveness and focus on client security is better than major banks I have experienced with.
Expense Management: With Brex's Focus on Tech and bringing ease of use, time savings for the company. I can say they have figured things out!
Tech Implementation: They always innovate ways in how they can improve and give more benefits to their clients

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no negative experience with Brex. They've consistently exceeded my expectations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex tackles some of the common problems startups encounter, Brex simplifies my company finances, making it easier to view everything in a glance. Another thing it addresses is how it improves the cash flow, Having virtual cards for each employees allows us to track company expenses real time and provide reimbursements if necessary easily to our employees globally.
With Brex, onboarding is easy unlike traditional banks with tons of paperworks but with that it still doesn't compromise client security and their security

Brex made business finance easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Using Brex is super easy. The online platform is user-friendly, making it a breeze to move money around and keep track of expenses. The fact that you can manage your corporate cards in the same place is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve when using the 'updated' Brex. I think the older version was easier to use. It would be helpful if they provided more guides or tutorials to make things even easier.

Businesses often struggle with the complexity of managing money, especially when dealing with various transactions and expenses.
The platform simplifies money movement and storage, making it easy for users to handle transactions, track expenses, and manage corporate cards efficiently. This streamlining improves overall financial management for businesses.

Brex is an amazing tool that will save you valuable time
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Brex in my previous workplace and had great experience. I have implemented the tool at my current company as the features are hard to beat: easy to use interface for both users and admins, unlike our previous provider which would lock everyone's cards if there was a potentially fraudulent activity till it was resolved, Brex will only lock that individual card. Prior to Brex this was a huge issue as it would disrupt business operations till the fraud alert was resolved. Uploading receipts for users has never been easier either via email or by uploading from mobile app or desktop - the receipts also match to transactions which save valuable time. As an admin I appreciate the custom policies and rules I am able to create within the platform - it gives both visibility into spend and increases policy compliance. Last, but not least, the seamless integration with our Netsuite ERP - saves me a lot of time during month end close.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at this time from the Admin perspective nor have received any negative feedback from the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had issues with our previous vendors when everyone's cards would get locked if there was potential suspicious activity on someone's card - this disrupted our business operations as it took time to find out who's card has the potentially suspicious activity. I like that with Brex, the user gets notified directly and only that particular card gets locked. The integration with Netsuite ERP has been a life and time saver for myself as an Admin. It was fairly easy to setup and it runs smoothly. I have requested feedback from users and everyone said it was extremely easy to use and uploading receipts is a breeze which in turn increases policy compliance.
Brex is an excellent corporate card platform

Brex is ideal for centralising card management for international companies. Over the last couple of years, they have made significant progress in making improvements on and bringing new features to their platform.
They show the development pace of a small start-up, while holding the professionalism of an established provider.

As their corporate product is relatively new, their are atill a few hiccups or odd workarounds that we need to use to implement Brex. Nothing too major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an overview of departmental budgets and managing access / usage of those budgets across an internationally distributed team.

Ability to quickly organize budgets, team user permissions, and virtual cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the limit set to a % of your bank account, most of our $ is in interest accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been working to consolidate various corporate finance necessities for growing fintech companies. Whenever we can get multiple uses out of the same software, it is a win for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some products are still a little newer, so we do see some Beta like UI/UX errors from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex helps our organization bring in multiple entities from across the world into globalized budgets and still have the granularity to charge expenses for the associated entity of the user. This is a very powerful tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and user friendly. With the latest update, the receipts, GL and other accounting deatils can bee seen on one page which is very convenient. Brex customer service/sucess/engineering teams are great and they are open to ideas and feedback and act on it promptly. We are elated with brex perfomance and the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there's only been one hiccup for our Germany entity to implement VAT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping with the spend management by setting up the budgets limits.

What do you like best about the product?
Our customer success manager Levana Fernadi is awesome. She is avialable when needed, great at problem resolution and keeps us updated. No chasing required, someone we can count on.

Brex has a new look and feel which is easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for employess that require credit cards. Uploading receipts and changing limits as needed is user friendly.
Good functionality for startups
What do you like best about the product?
The offering of expense management, credit cards and bill pay
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the interface was a little easier in how to view cards and transactions like Ramp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bill payments and a way for employees to not have to spend out of pocket. The company also get cash back

Customer service and account managers are awesome. Easy UX and fantastic team!

Travel services are lacking - the "rewards" aren't easy to utilize.

We use Brex for credit cards and in times of low cash, financing working capital. We flex in and out of the ways we use Brex, and the personal treatment (from our amazing account manager) is awesome. m
