I love Brex!
What do you like best about the product?
- Being able to easily track and code expenses

I can't think of anything I dislike! I do really like using Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an employee at a company using Brex, so I find it nice to be able to easily use my card and track expenses for my boss

Simplicity and access
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly make payments using my company-provided card is lovely! The platform is also super simple, so it is easy to add memos and invoices and the automatic reminders are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I cannot think of anything much that I do not like. Some improvements could be the ability to "tap" the card like many companies now allow. But I can add it to my apple wallet, which gets around this minor inconvenience. I think the automatic addition to the accounting lines is not always intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scalability and the chance for teammates to improve their access to high-quality resources using a Brex card. I can focus on actually using the money in the card versus struggling to expense. It also prevents me from adding to expenses in our company platform as everything is seamless.
Great way to manage credit cards and payments for your company!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to attach invoices to payment, to create new virtual credit cards, and allocate budget limit in a few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Brex is easy to use and I never had any issue!

Budget distribution across multiple teams and departments.

Simplicity and Security
What do you like best about the product?
Dang, its a tie! The ability to upload receipts via text message or app. I also love the digital card and being able to use Apple Pay.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of a single think a dislike! Brex is secure and easy to use. The fact that I can submit receipts on the go (or be reminded to do so) makes expenses and compliance so much easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business user but not administrator for the company I can say that it is easier to empower my team to make critical purchases without waiting for certain approval. There is also the added benefit of the CC information being stored in a way that I don't have to use the physical card.

Each card owner can upload and update their own descr and support. Save a lot of work on accountants

The automatic feed won't automatically bring over all support and descr updated by a card owner.

Can update and re-map my expense category in Brex. It's much easier to track expenses in the company accounting system and save time..

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, the dashboard is simple to manage, I can find all the information about my purchases whenever I need it, the reports are very intuitive. I love the integrations with other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot find information about cashback. I don't know if the problem is my user permissions, but I'd like to see it more clearly. Also, one time I wasn't sure what a transaction was about (as a company, we have many transactions) and as I clicked on it, the category was "electronics", but after looking internally, it was software related. I was worried it was a purchase of an electronic good, it made me panic a little since I was responsible for all the purchase. Most of all, I dislike that there is no BREX available in Brazil. We need this product here too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I simply love that it has no bureaucracy. I can process all my purchases in a very simple way. Also, as it is integrated with my ERP software, it makes my life easier.

It is straightforward to use for the whole company. It is scalable, and you can access a lot of helpful information via its dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
One point for improvement is to add the ability to put a description on the items so that the company can easily find out the purpose of the payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow the employees to receive gifts from the company - like paid team meals, meal allowances, etc. - and pay for company expenses, even internationally.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to report on expenses—immediate notifications on purchases on my phone. I don't use any tools with this software. I like Brex more than AMEX and Visa

Use for business travel and expense reporting. Yes I am benefiting financially with better money management and expense reporting. Faster expense management and more efficency
Easiest and most efficient expense system I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use. Immediate texts to my phone about charges which can link to the app for receipt uploads. type a comment and move on. Love it!

There is nothing about the App or the system that i found I dont like

Keeping track of expenses on a monthly basis with spending limits for team members. Easy approval process. Past expenses are in the App.
