Great & Easy to use product
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of expensing items and getting things approved quickly is nice. It allows me to move fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app could be improved slightly. Beyond that, I see nothing I would change.

Expense management. Saved time.

Love the use interface! So easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has icons to check if you submitted a memo and receipt. I like the follow-up emails and notes on the app so I don't wonder what's next. They guide me in every step of the process. I like that it can automatically copy your card details. It's so easy to use! Their customer service is quick too! Super recommend Brex! I sincerely love their service and how they designed their product!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a desktop app, so copying billing addresses and card details from the app could be possible on desktop. Right now, I have to open the app on my phone and type the card number when making a purchase online through desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily and confidently make purchases for my company and quickly account for them through picture receipts and memos. It makes all purchases transparent. The virtual card is incredibly beneficial, as I don't have to worry about losing a physical card or forgetting it at home. It's also helpful to see my credit limit and how much left I have to spend for each month. It keeps me aware of the month's spending cost so I know if I have wiggle room to make more purchases or if I need to conserve my budget.
Fast and easy to run marketing campaigns!
What do you like best about the product?
As someone that doesn't have a corporate credit card, Brex makes it super fast and simple to get credit cards assigned for marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any problems with Brex yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting fast and easy access to credit cards to run marketing campaigns. I don't have to wait for my boss to be available to get his credit card info over the phone. Our finance team can easily assign it in less than 5 minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't have your own company credit card or need additional capital to run marketing campaigns and dont want to deal with the back and forth of sharing credit card information sharing, Brex is a no-brainer.

Ease of use and acceptance everywhere with no issues whatsoever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to speak with a customer service representative 24/7/365.

Easy to setup and use. Text reminders when the monthly balance limit is low.

Mobile access/view for the dashboad could be better. A physical card for Canadians would be useful. Currently, using it through Google Pay

Paying for the internet and cell phone bills; some occassional coffee / breakfast / lunches.

I like the mobile app, and the ability to copy and paste a virtual card to anything that I buy online. Also, it is great to see my billing address right there.

Nothing really I found so far has been an issue. Brex has been very smooth in handling my expenses.

Great way to track expense
What do you like best about the product?
Easy direct expense reporting, easy to use and easy to budget for operations for start up and ongoing business with small to large team. It is much better than what I have used in past.

Category needs to be specified sometimes

Track monthly expense by category and by department and easy to pay the vendor without interfering with operations and impacting vendor cash flow. We are able to order and get stuff when needed.

Great tool for business for easy expense tracking

What do you like best about the product?
As a user it is super easy to use. There is an app which you can install on your phone and just take a photo to upload your receipt. You can also download your virtual card in your wallet to make it easy for payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user, the challenge is tracking your spending and trying to re-categorize them. They have automatically categorized based on their record of the merchant which is not accurate at times. I would find it handy to also know how much I have spent where, which I do not have on the mobile app.
As an admin, I am a little frustrated about how to track spending at a macro and micro level. Firstly on a macro level, the inaccurate categorization means that data will not be accurate. Secondly I also found it difficult to breakdown by merchant spend. For the request to increase expense limit, this can only be done on the web app and not mobile app.
