Flexible solution for remote work environment
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been an effective and flexible solution for our start-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes to report about Brex. Everything has been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple directors in the company on one account, being able to adjust credit limits up and down as needed, and quickly, experiencing the flexibility we need as a startup in 2021.

Great way to offer flexible benefits and control company operations
What do you like best about the product?
I see that this could be great to offer your employees an allowance every month that they could use on things like: internet, gym memberships, drinks/snacks; the sky is the limit. It was amazing to add a virtual card to my Google Pay the same day that work provisioned my account. I was able to go out and purchase items for our happy hour that evening as a remote worker.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't enjoy is entering receipts, but they've made it simple. You can log into their web interface or email them; I haven't tried the app yet. I would love to see an integration like watching for incoming emails from common vendors like square, which would automatically add those receipts to your account; that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When our company goes out for our team lunch, it's excellent at food carts to allow each employee to handle the payment independently. It also enables remote workers to be responsible and conduct their team lunches without the need for a team lead to make the purchase.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Imagine Privacy but for your business, along with allowing virtual tap to pay cards as well.
Easy to use interface for expenses. Friendly toward startups and small businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to upload and track receipts and expenses. Earn points just like all the other major cards, but with more interesting points redemption options like cryptocurrency. Both physical cards and virtual numbers are available. It makes it easy to get started without needing to have a card mailed to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The physical card is a little flimsy but not a big deal for me. If you like having a metal card as you get from Amex, you might get a little annoyed. I really had to think long and hard to come up with a drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for employees to put in their expenses. I'm all for reducing the friction of of any task so that it gets done more consistently. Brex really solves this well.
Brex is awesome! The platform is easy to navigate and the account comes with tons of benefits.

Better than brick and mortar bank... NO FEES!

I can't think of anything at the moment.

The ease of business and fast access to funds: The integration with platforms like Amazon and Shopify allows you quick access to account receivables.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Replace your current bank account with a Brex account. It's like a bank account without the fees, but many benefits and rewards.

Easy signup process, clear interface with usefull information on screen to operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a payment gateway would be really of use to add funds directly to our account when clients want to pay via CREDIT CARD. Also having the oportunity to get credit for some operations would be really of use for us.

During this COVID outbreak Banking from abroad where physical documents can't be presented was completely solved using brex. Also easy to get a credit card with international coverage was a plus
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you need a bank account for your startup to operate internationally BREX is clearly the best option. Easy to set-up, simply to operate and excellet customer service in case you have any doubts.
Easy to use without transaction fees
What do you like best about the product?
There are no transaction fees for international transactions. It has easy to use user interface. It was easy to signup and set up accounts for employees and myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to accept card payments from clients right at your bank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Brex to deposit checks from clients and to send payments to suppliers for goods purchased.
Best Expense Tracking Software on the Market Today
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature I've found is the text received when vendors scan your card + the opportunity to upload a picture of the receipt directly to the just-received text. The app auto-matches receipt to item both on your mobile and desktop apps, making expense reporting a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside we've found so far is the quality of the physical cards are not the best. It'd be nice to see tap-to-pay support and for some of us with larger monthly limits - perhaps the AMEX metal cards would be sweet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We looked to Brex to replace Concur for corporate expense reporting. Brex blows Concur out of the water - it's not even close. We, as a tech startup, have also collected tremendous tech-related benefits / points with our spending. Up next, using those benefits :-)

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has no fees, the service is reliable and the system is easy to use. Valuable perks with quality partners wraps it up pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Brex to have integration with Zelle.

Needed an account with low associated costs. Not spending with monthly fees allows me to put my money where I really want.
Great card for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Brex's credit card has been beneficial for us in the most needed moment for our Startup.

We can access online services and subscriptions that requires a corporate credit card.
Very easy and intuitive to use. Training & Setup was a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I don't need a physical card to make expenditures. Very easy to use and easy to distribute from management. Transparency and clarity in the amount expended are effortless to understand. No training is required to start using it. Getting the invite to create the login before getting started took only minutes. Users can easily keep track of their receipts via the mobile app or receive a text message asking to take a picture of the most recent purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI for the portal should be cleaner. It is a chore to sign in to the online portal as I might use different devices to sign in. Authentication and re-auth will take extra time. There needs to be a way to simplify the process without compromising it. Sometimes the system does not recognize the receipt when I capture it despite the total amount clearly displayed. Another point is that the user has to be aware of what the billing address of the card is, so that should be clearly stated to the user when issued to them. The user should enter the specific billing address for any airfare, hotel, or rental companies portals, or a declined transaction may result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to expense items and not have to go through the rounds of expensing and waiting for reimbursements. Very convenient. It's been much easier to book trips to visit clients. All expenses have been utilized with Brex without any issue or conflict.
