Amazing Company Credit Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It’s extremely intuitive and easy to use. I love that when I make a charge I immediately get a text that I can respond to with a photo of the receipt. From there Brex automatically attaches it to my expense. Hands down the easiest to use corporate expense solution I’ve ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the Brex solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s our company credit card and expense report solution.
Saves me tons of time with work travel
What do you like best about the product?
Before we used Brex cards, every work trip became a never ending battle of keeping up with expense receipts. Using the brex card is seamless and saves me tons of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I no longer get points for booking travel on my own credit card, but this is super minor and definitely worth the tradeoff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small company and our finance department is one person. On Brex, we reduce the amount of time our finance team needs to spend reviewing expenses and they can instead work on high priority tasks. It also saves sales people time during travel and makes sure we don't have un-reimbursed expenses.
Best Company Card EVER
What do you like best about the product?
BREX greatly improved our spending tracking by employees. Receipts have become a thing of the past, and we don't have to chase folks down to get them! The immediate text after a purchase keeps us all reporting, and the dashboard is the easiest we've ever used. There was no training required. So glad we switched to BREX, it's saved us so much time and headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of one downside. So easy to use and customer service is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to BREX we had to request receipts from each employee monthly, leading to lost receipts and misreported purchases. BREX eliminated all of that, and we are so much better organized.
Great credit card and travel management system
What do you like best about the product?
Integrated easy to use App for managing credit card usage, receipts and booking and managing travel all in once place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few international currencies not yet available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Foreign locations without brick and mortar offices can now get and use credit cards without the hassle of providing security for the card. All is tied to our main corporate office in the US.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how my expenses are often automatically approved without having to upload a receipt or description. When I do have to upload, I can simply drag the picture of the receipt onto the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't tried the reimbursement feature yet so I'm not sure how that works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it easy to manage expenses with corporate cards, real-time tracking, and automated accounting, so I don’t have to waste time on manual reconciliation. It helps me stay on top of spending, streamline payments, and focus on more important work.
A reliable financial platform
What do you like best about the product?
Brex timely response to customers is plausible, their platform is also effective in sending and receiving wire or checks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet to find any but so far I've had a blast with them.

Brex is providing a more efficient way to track your expenses, spend management, pay employees, keep books and spend effortlessly.
Simple, Easy to Use system
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is very easy to use. I love the integration of the app as well to make expense coding even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing found yet! I have not had any problems or issues while using either the website or the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time - it used to take me a long time to code my department's monthly expenses. It now takes me only minutes! The drag and drop receipt feature is very helpful!
Brex ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading and coding receipts in the App.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is notifications that vendor charges were higher than the actual charge. This can be confusing anc cause you to believe you were overcharged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to monitor my expenses and the expenses of my staff.
Very little effort to do an expense report
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is so simple under Brex, just upload the receive and the software is so smart to capture evrthing for you, like when you spent it, how much, and where. Nice!!
What do you dislike about the product?
None, everthing works perfectly. Ha ha ha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reads my uploaded receipt perfectly and get all the require data filled in automatically, love it.
Great service
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is very user friendly. I appreciate the fast reinburstments and how easy it is to log in to check the status of the reinburstment request. It gives an estimated delivery date, which in my experience I have always received it before the date listed which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Brex. I have had a positive experience using it over the past 2 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travel reinbustment. I appreciate the fast processing time.
