Inmediatly and kind experience as a new Brex client.
What do you like best about the product?
The quick answer I received from the Customer Service was amazing, quite different that the other bank experience I had. I would have liked to talk with Customer Service on site when I had the issue to address the issue to my merchant/business. However, I did it, I wrote an email to the merchant/business to inform that the issue was theirs. Thanks to the feedback and support Brex provided me. Thank you! ---
What do you dislike about the product?
The only 'possible' dislike subject to mention is perhaps that Brex belong to an international bank that might, just might affect the effectiveness and reliability of being accepted outside USA without doubt or issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is giving me the opportunity to group and control my professional expenses in one account. Avoiding to use my personal budget and credit cards.
Ease of use!
What do you like best about the product?
What a great place to add alll receipts from travel expenses. Easy to take a picture of the receipts and reads everything them and adds them to your total.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could upload from a previous uploaded docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps everything in one place and shows a total amount for reimbursment. I like the notifcations when approved and paying out.
A Game-Changer for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been a fantastic solution for managing business finances with ease and efficiency. Their seamless platform offers intuitive expense tracking, real-time insights, and excellent rewards tailored for startups and growing companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transfer time from payment date until it's deposited in the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lack of traditional banking hurdles, combined with instant approvals and flexible credit limits, makes Brex stand out.

When you add it to the receipt, you don’t have to type anything in—it fills in automatically. Great app!

Brex is an app that’s hard to dislike—it should be one of the easiest apps to use and control.

Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been one of the most user friendly platforms I have ever used and I am in Brex daily. They have made it simple and easy to set up user and deactivate them. The accounting tab is pretty straightforward for coding all expenses and the approval inbox is also straightforward. Users are able to order a card and use that card for all travel as long as they accept mastercard. It's also easy to book travel through Brex and many options are given. I also love how it shows when you are booking travel if it is an out of policy expense so employees are more conscious of their decision making when booking a flight or hotel. Receipts are easy to upload through the Brex app and the suggestions the app gives for the memo are pretty spot on as well making it easy on the users to stay in compliance. The Brex team also helps us out a lot and takes our feedback very seriously which I apprecaite. Not a lot of platforms will take your feedback seriously and try to design the platform to better suite you and other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some integration issues with Sage which has caused us to do some manual work instead of being able to upload transactions directly into Sage. I believe Brex is working on a solution or will be working on a solution to get this fixed other than that not much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping me to manage employee spend and make sure they are in compliance with our T&E policy.
Leader in Expense Management and General Banking
What do you like best about the product?
Expense management software is intuitive, provides great control with flexibility. We have deployed more than 50 virtual vendor cards, most of whihc are locked to the vendor and all with tight spend limits. This gives us forensic control of SaaS spend. We have also deployed employee cards and love the in-built travel service all linked to policies and controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge is access to FDIC insured deposits at CD rates within Brex. This woudl be incredibly useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater integration with our accounting system (Xero)
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use. I no longer have to file most expenses and when I do, they make the process super easy. Expenses have become a non-event thanks to Brex.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. Sometimes Brex doesn't work on some international sites when I'm buying gifts but it's rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps control spending while making business expenses easy. It reduces bottlenecks.
Great UX for a banking product
What do you like best about the product?
Free international transfers, great economics and rewards partners to sign up for startups, and intuitive UI! They also have a robust set of integrations already so I don't have to worry that my other tools won't sync with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think their spend management features are as good as Ramp's. I'd rather have that handle my AP. We also don't travel much so the rewards game that Brex has isn't as meaningful for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous bank was having technical issues with their partner bank and so we didn't trust them. We use their banking product to earn us money through treasury, handle and handle international wires.

What do you like best about the product?
I currently use Brex With five different startups at varying stages of growth. At this point, I couldn't even imagine any other banking relationship. Brex has made it so easy and beneficial for all of the entities.
Over the years I've had banking relationships from the large institutions all the way to other online banks and none of them compare to what Brex offers. I am always sharing with others, the benefit benefits, and value of Brex.
I sincerely couldn't recommend any other banking platform as highly as I do Brex!

With its growth has come a lot of new functionality which complicates the platform. But it's manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BREX makes it easy to spin up new cards, provision users, and earn yield on operational funds Effortlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
We used to spread out our operating expenses over 3 separate credit cards with 3 different financial institutions. Keeping track of different payment accounts and reconciliation with bank statements became a hassle, let alone managing different user groups for different credit cards. Issuing and cancelling corporate cards also became a burden when turnovers became high at one point.
With Brex, we were able to manage all our operating expenses under one card with leveraged credit line. We also were able to freely and quickly increase number of corporate card users, both phyiscally and digitally, whenever we wanted. Maintaining budgets and spend limits based on the level of responsibilities also came in handy. Connecting with our HRIS and Accounting software became quick and easy. Connecting our international entity and its bank to Brex became very handy when our international operation was not big enough to have its own systems and banking relationships.
With Brex, we were able to manage all our operating expenses under one card with leveraged credit line. What do you dislike about the product?
Data integration with accounting software can be a bit challenging and not being able to carry balance sometimes caused us to hit our credit limit, thus not being able to use the card until an early payment was made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage budget and corporate card spend for the employees were key. Also being able to integrate our international entity account and being able to issue corporate card to an international employee was definitely a big plus in how to manage our small international operation.
