Brex is what I need for my small business to help establish business credit and monitor expenses.
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is user-friendly. I like that it labels all my expenses electronically without having to rely on additional software. This has been beneficial to me as a start-up as my business resources were limited. Also, this has been an introduction to strictly online banking. I feel I've become acclimated with the online arena of business banking and due to Brex. As my company grows, I already see where Brex fits into that. I know I won't need to chase anyone down and investigate expenses as it's all reported and ready for my viewing from my account dashboard. I'm new to this experience for me and plan to continue as my ventures expand.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest disappointment was that Brex did not integrate with the invoicing services I'd chosen. However, that was not a big deal. I was able to switch service providers, and Brex fit in perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation of expenses. No need for me to keep notes etc. Brex has taken care of that. I can focus on other business details that require my attention. As a startup, it's not easy to keep up with all the tasks involved in running a business. With so many hats, I can lay the charge of expenses down to rest.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For secure capital, expense tracking, and building business credit, Brex is an excellent option.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface/experience is top-notch, the rewards are incredible, and the customer service is fast and ultra-helpful. No bad marks from my end so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding/application process is a bit heavy, but prefer knowing that they are thorough and that this isn't just for any random small business.

I needed a free, online banking account for my expanding brand and sub-brands/DBA's to bank with.

Takes the work out of a company credit card by smartly categorizing expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about...and I am typically hard to please.

What do you like best about the product?
Their virtual card, in addition to your physical card for more security, is excellent. Also, the UI is fantastic - finding your wand your way around their application is easy. They even have a dark mode; details like this go a long way IMO.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the biggest deal, but an easier way to see what billing address is associated with which card at a glance and not buried in a few clicks would be great, but again, not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business expenses and everything tedious that comes with it. Using Brex, there is no longer a need for multiple apps to save receipts, notes, etc... you can do that all with Brex. I love their text receipt feature, super handy on business trips.

What do you like best about the product?
Just logging in having all my expenses already organized, just select the bill to account, add notes and upload any required support. Other expense systems make you set time, date, vendor, etc. with Brex that is already done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't call it a dislike but a limitation, I did discover my Brex Mastercard was not accepted at Costco which is Visa only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just the ease of use of compared to a separate corp. card and expense management system. Brex cuts out the hassle of copying data manually and the errors that generates.

Just make sure your vendors accept the card brand (MC, AMEX, Visa)

I like the interaction between the Brex website, the Brex mobile app, and their integration with Quickbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Brex.

The ability to capture receipts via the mobile app has been very helpful. Then they seemlessly are uploaded into Quickbooks.
Structured, Intuitive, and Visually Appealing
What do you like best about the product?
I am always a fan of reward points on all of my cards. That's what first piqued my interest. I like the layout of the online system and how all the cards, accounts, transactions, and users are structured. It's a great program and keeps my business finances in line easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could try to dislike is the card. It's an excellent design but looks and feels cheap. If a metal card were possible, I'd be the first to sign up. That's the only thing I dislike, which is petty at best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the business and personal accounts separate was a challenge before Brex. Now, I can have all my systems work together and help keep my expenses organized and track/limit employee spending.
Smooth, convenient , and easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I no longer have to keep physical copies of physical, paper receipts when I travel for work. I simple image emailed directly to Brex magically appear in the account attached to the proper expense. Super easy, super smooth and super convenient. No more lost receipts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike most products or software, I have no complaints and can't find any downsides with BREX!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved was having to organize physical, paper receipts. Then, after getting back from a trip, trying to piece together what the receipt was for and never quite remembered. The worst thing was LOSING receipts! The benefits I've realized are that I no longer get called on the carpet to explain myself from the accounting department. The ease of use and the immediacy of the process is really fantastic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out, you won't go back to the old-fashioned way!
