BREX makes it really simple and easy to pay for our company's expenses! Never any issues

I never got my physical card in the mail- very niche problem, but continue to use apple pay just fine. Proactivity around unactivated cards and replacement of them would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing travel expenses and reimbursements is very nice and simple. We never get questions about how to do things in BREX because it's so intuitive, which makes our lives easier.

Ease of use and receipt upload feature is amazing. we have been managing this manualy for a long period of time

It takes long to get the physical card. I am not a fan of using digital cards.

The ease of using the portal. I can go right on the portal and indicate what my expenses where and where to allocate them.

There is really nothing I dislike about this product.

I don't have to do expense reports, which I hate.
Excellent financial service and technology company
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use the software. With this software, I can easily find my credit card information and process online payments. After making a payment, it is simple to go into the Brex platform and update the information required by my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. When entering information about a transaction, the sidebar is a little small and cluttered, but it is still very easy to use. No real complaints from me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brex as a user within my company. I am using it to send incentives, via another platform, to customers who leave us positive reviews on G2. It has been simple and easy.

I love having digital and physical cards. Easy to see balances too.

Nothing really. Everything is super easy to use from purchases to adding receipts and memos.

The ease of adding receipts and tracking expenses is so easy with Brex.

Control my spending by monitoring who in my team is spending company money on what exactly in addition to the international wire services which streamlined my relationship with all my suppliers
Good product excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use. It makes the administration faster. If I had any questions the support is always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only admins can see the rewards, not all the cardholders. And it is only possible to integrate 1 Quickbooks account. We would like to use it with 2.

We have several subscriptions and here we can filter out if we have a double charge. For the accountants, it is helpful to cathegorise the expenses and they can see the invoices/receipts right away.
