Excellent App allowing very easy way to document receipts and keep track of all expenses.
What do you like best about the product?
The App! This is the most significant advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, It is perfect and so easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Time is most important to me. Not having to fill out documents for accounting manually saves Lots of Time!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Brex makes business transactions easy & my employer can comp me readily. I enjoy that I can add receipts via many avenues, although I do prefer adding them via text message.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things I dislike about Brex, other than the app isn't that great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of managing my receipts! This makes it easy to send pics right away. I am more productive because transactions do not take any time for me to process and keep track of.

Reply to SMS with your receipts to easily keep track of them
Simple Solution for Corporate Cardholders
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is easy to use and makes it easy to track and report on expenditures. I like that there is a virtual card and a physical card but I can track all expenses in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I don't like in my relatively short time as a cardholder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Marketing team has to make a lot of purchases and it would be impossible to track them all if we were individually expensing items. Brex makes it easy to see our charges all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
How accessible it Brex is. I love that I can easily keep track of all my spending with just a few clicks. I have also loved the rewards that I can rack up with Brex.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's hard to think of anything that I don't like about Brex. If I had to choose something, I would say that I don't love all the hoops I have to jump through to log into my account (talk about triple factor authentication!), but it's understandable when dealing with confidential financial information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a small startup, and Brex has given us the ability to track each team member's spending and easily place spending limits. This has allowed us to areas in which we need to cut costs to improve our business.
Convenient, informative, and reliable!
What do you like best about the product?
I love receiving mobile notifications about all card activity, also notifies me of any suspicious transactions, very secure, and is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly more rewards programs made available for using the card.

I am able to stay organized and informed of all expenses. This helps ease collecting invoices at end of the month which allows me to be more productive.

Be prepared to have incredible support and customer service!
Brex and Field Logistics for Research
What do you like best about the product?
The monthly limit allowed for good financial planning and usage while conducting field research. I was also able to use it in a foreign land - in Africa ( to even buy fuel from Filipe stations). That was very handy when I had run out of physical cash
What do you dislike about the product?
That I do not have a password - I am afraid that if someone steals it they can just use it. I wish I could verify a transaction on my iPhone ( e.g. scan my face)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not having any problems with Brex now. I once had an issue that was resolved immediately by the Brex tech team.
The benefits are that I do not have to request for a cash advance from my organization when am going to conduct research in the field or in a foreign land. All I have to do is use my Brex card and submit my expenses which my supervisor will review.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is so smooth. I like that when I have a transaction the banner comes up top without me having to go to the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I get an email from Brex and hit the link in the email it takes me to a browser first and not the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have literally saved hours each month not filling out expense reports on an excel spreadsheet.
Easy and Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use my app to add reciepts.

Nothing - I like this app and program. Much easier than previous ones that I have used in the past.

Time management. I finish with expense-related reporting in moments.
The first company card I don't hate!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is super user friendly. I love that the UI is clean and simple. The feature I love most is that there's text message notifications. You can reply directly to them to upload receipts and memos without opening the app!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I disliked yet. Overall my experience has been pleasant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex helps us reduce back-and-forth for expense reports. It's all in one place. I don't have to remember to send an expense report every time I use the card. I just use it, get a notification that the card was used, reply with a picture of my receipt, and bam I'm finished!

Everything I need to help manage my small business finances
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to easily link quickbooks and the various tools I need for my ecommerce seller account. I also like the ability to give my team their own company card.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to link my eBay business seller account. I also dislike not being able to withdraw cash from an ATM or cash back with purchases. It also takes cash to run a business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to accept credit cards for face to face sales. After linking my QuickBooks money account. This will create more sales for my small business.
