BREX has been great
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy from an admin perspective to review spending. Very easy for the cardholders to use and upload receipts/memos.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about BREX at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of receipts has become much easier. They're all in one place for both admin and the cardholder to review.
Brex is one stop platform to manage credit cards, spends and offer them to your team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create multiple credit cards on the go and set limits for each of them. That way I can know specifically which vendor is due how much and ensure that I am never overcharged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex has been consistently improving the experience of the platform and there's nothing much we could have asked for. But if there's one thing that I hope Brex can do better is the interest rates on the amount in MMA accounnts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing credit cards to all our team members has helped us a lot. We do not have to worry about making payments to all the saas products we are using while also having a high-level view of overall spending.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a startup thinking about choosing one amongst 10s of expense management and credit card platforms, Brex is a no brainer. The product is simple, easy to use and has everything that a fast-growing startup needs

It's easy to reconcile with a mobile app
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it doesn't read the receipt
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are disputing an unknown charge. They issued a new virtual card immediately and no services were disrupted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up for mobile alerts so you can upload photos of the receipts before you even leave the store. The reminders they send out to reconcile expenses are very helpful. You're never late in submitting receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
UI, No wire fees, great customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to be able to process our clients' payments using Brex and trade, equities, ETFs, crypto, etc.

Easily sending/receiving vendors'/clients' payments around the world. Many integrations / automations available to users. Great UI and interface

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is extremely user friendly and intuitive. We have successfully had people in many roles and responsibility levels use it and love it. We use almost every feature offered and have never had any issues!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is reporting. I'd love to have a feature where I can download a separate statement for each card user rather than scrolling through their transactions or filtering for them each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve many of our issues with Brex. From cash management to bill pay, to travel bookings. It saves us time, keeps us organized and allows our executives to have cards for travel and expenses.

Brex is AMAZING! From their ease of use to their support team and response time, everything is great about them. My job requires me to wear many hats and Brex makes it easier in so many ways. I feel like their support team is part of our company, that is how supportive and helpful they are.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex makes it easy to manage our corporate credit cards in one place, seeing all transactions in one easy-to-manage portal. Making it super simple to add receipts and memos. The easiest solution for an end-user I've ever seen!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little much to sign in - but considering it is signing into a program that stores sensitive data, I understand why there are multiple levels of security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy to manage my transactions. Also, recently I was notified of an attempted transaction I did not make, which allowed me to quickly lock a given card before a disaster struck!

Company Charging Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The digital card makes it easy for members of our team to use. I can add it to my accounts and expense my lunches or pay for other items as needed online. I can also add it to Apple Pay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has a requirement of notes for every purchase. For monthly recurring purchases, it would be nice to have that note already added instead of needing to log in and do it every month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you have a company culture of trust, Brex makes it easy to let employees use their benefits and expense company items. It eliminates expense reports saving time.
Great modern mobile business banking
What do you like best about the product?
Easy sign up process, nice benefits and sign on bonus, easy to use mobile app and website that enables you to track expenses and attach receipts. Easy wire transfers. Reasonable credit limit from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but wish they had a savings option that paid decent interest, also as an android user I feel I get asked to log back in and two or three factor authenticate a lot which is a barrier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use business banking. Travel points paid for our SXSW hotel. Easy expense tracking. Credit card, points and travel. Savings and payroll. Receipt tracling
