Brex is an easy to use system for business expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting in Brex is top notch. If I want to see how much I've spent in specific categories, it's very easy to do so. They also have a great rewards program for purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the menu is hard to navigate to what you want to see. Once you've used it a bit you can get to things easily, but it could use some improvements to the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest problem was being a brand new business and trying to get a credit card. Getting started with Brex was very easy and I'm able to build business credit now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a expense management system that is very flexible to your needs, Brex is the way to go.
Perfect Product For Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
What was most enticing is that we didn't have to get personal credit checks to get started. We were issued a large limit based on our revenue. This was such an important factor for us starting out. My business partner and I were both attempting to buy houses and NO ONE would do anything for us without hard-pulling our credit.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest, there hasn't really been a single complaint. The bar was set so low by credit card companies we *had* been using so we were blown away when we first onboarded with Brex. I was texting customer support and I knew his name. it was actually his cell phone. I couldn't believe it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to leverage our spending. We were purchasing all of our products with a debit card to start, then a low-limit credit card. We were earning points but paying interest. Brex allowed us to essentially merge those two ideas. We pay 0% interest, get charge-erasing points and the payments just automatically comes out of our bank account. This process could not have been easier and more convenient.

I haven't found any meaningful issues with the platform in the first year oif usage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to share temporary corporate cards even with junior employees due to ease of virtual card creation and spending limits
Great card easy to use for business incidentals.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have a virtual card and do not have to utilize a physical card.

There is nothing I dislike as of now, but the app for adding the card to Apple wallet doesn't work for me right now.

With Brex I'm easily getting things for work done without awaiting Supervisor's approval.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Vendor card functionality and setting limits and expiry dates
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes yet! I'm interested to lean more about using this for internal expense management as we use more of Brex's features.

We're using it for our company expenses, as well as expense management for each vendor.
Ease of Use, Great Mobile Features
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app makes capturing expenses and receipts really easy. I no longer have to keep paper receipts and deal with them later, instead I just snap a picture of the receipt and send it to Brex, either using the mobile app or through their text messaging option and I'm good to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to link expenses together, especially when it comes to a cost and refund so that my accounting team doesn't have to ask me if they pertain to one another. Other than that, I really like the platform and find it extremely easy to use from the end-user/expense provider side of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an end-user who needs to make sure I provide our accounting team with expenses vs costs and ensure that they're properly documented. The Brex mobile app makes that process very easy for me to check the box. I've literally had to tape receipts to a piece of paper, scan them after numbering them and then fill out a spreadsheet. Comparatively, this takes about 2% of the time and effort and I never have to go back and follow up with our accounting team.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is tech challenged and has only ever used AmEx corporate cards, I find Brex's app user-friendly and easy to navigate. I especially like being able to access my card digitally and with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues yet! I'm still a new user, but so far haven't encountered any problems.

There is nothing. Absolutely nothing. I will never suggest someone use this service.

The CSR on chat cannot respond to questions so forwards to correct person/team, and then my request is IGNORED!
