Keeps Everything in One Place with Clear Pipeline Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep everything in one place and lets me know how my pipeline currently looks.

So far there is nothing that I dislike, but then when I get something, I will let you know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me see which part of the pipeline I am at and how much I have completed, and how much time it will take for me to convert it.
User-Friendly and Easy to Learn CRM
What do you like best about the product?
We no longer use Salesforce Sales Cloud but we use to about 2 years ago, it was a great system for the years we used it but was outdated versus other platforms in the market. I liked the user friendly system they had which was pretty simple and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it quickly became outdated versus other CRM in the market, they did not adapt as quickly to AI and limited intergrations to lead generation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer use Salesforce Sales Cloud, we decided to switch to a different CRM that is more price effective, more modern and comparable to salesforce.
Seamless Communication, But Setup Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce Sales is very easy to work with and offers a lot of different aspects. I use it for sending information, keeping some of our CRM information, and using it for communication throughout our team. It helps solve issues with space and getting files and information on accounts to other individuals on my team, and it works seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been additions through the American Red Cross on adding certain things and that's taken a while. There have been times where it was unable to utilize it because of the employer not having these things available. And then once certain additions were made, then it was much easier to use. We encountered a lot of challenges as we were trying to learn the system. It did take about a month or a month and a half to really get to utilize it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Agentforce Sales helps with space issues and sharing account info with my team seamlessly. It's easy to use for sending information, storing CRM data, and communication.

What I appreciate most about Agentforce Sales is that it genuinely reduces the day-to-day sales workload, rather than simply offering assistance.
It takes care of repetitive tasks such as follow-ups and routine updates, and since it’s tightly integrated with CRM data, the insights it provides feel relevant and easy to act on.
Overall, it comes across more like a digital sales teammate than just another tool in the stack.

One downside of Agentforce Sales is that it can feel overly dependent on data quality—if your CRM data isn’t clean or well-structured, the outputs and automation lose effectiveness.
It can also be complex to set up and customize, especially for teams without strong Salesforce expertise.
Lastly, there’s a bit of a black-box effect with AI-driven actions, which can make it harder to fully trust or control certain decisions.

It saves a ton of time. I don’t have to jump between tools or manually log everything—it’s all centralized and automated. I get a clear view of the pipeline, better insights on what to focus on, and can spend more time actually selling instead of doing admin work.

I also like the reporting and dashboarding features. Real-time reporting and customizable dashboards provide actionable insights, allowing sales teams to make quick, data-driven decisions.

What I slightly dislike about Agentforce Sales is that it can take some time for users to fully adopt it, especially on teams that aren’t very tech-savvy. Even though the platform offers a lot of features, many users may stick to the basics at first unless they get proper training and guidance. Another small drawback is the mobile experience: it’s good overall, but it isn’t always as smooth as the desktop version for more complex tasks such as detailed reporting or configuration. That said, these issues are fairly minor, and with solid onboarding and good usage practices, they don’t meaningfully reduce the platform’s overall value.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) has all the features integrated into it, like chats, emails, and calls. It allows me to manage my notes, see user details, and log all my activities in one place, which means I don't have to navigate between different tools. When I get a chat, a case is automatically created, making it convenient to complete my work efficiently in the same place. The initial setup was very easy, and I've been using it for around 4 years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes call logs don't get added or get attached to the incorrect case. Also, when I attach a service article while adding a comment, the system refreshes, causing my comment data to be lost, and I have to type it all over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales integrates chats, emails, calls, and notes, allowing me to manage user tickets without navigating through multiple tools, saving time as all my activities and user details are logged automatically.

Clean UI, easy to use. Integrates well, runs smoothly. AI is actually helpful, not gimmicky. Pricing feels worth it if you use it properly. Onboarding + support are solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can feel heavy and over‑engineered at times. Setup takes effort, AI needs good data to shine, and costs can add up quickly for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves manual admin. I spend less time updating CRM, get clearer priorities, better forecasts.
Powerful CRM with Usability Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Agentforce Sales is easy to access and industry agnostic, allowing me to utilize it anywhere, irrespective of the use-case and industry, similar to an ERP but in a more enhanced version. I work on 2-3 different industries, each with different sales cycles, attributes, KPIs, KRAs, and revenue metrics, and I can manage all of them from the same platform. It's great that everything from the sales cycle to onboarding can be tracked from a single page. Automating tasks and follow-ups, and sending emails and WhatsApp messages directly from the platform is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well to be honest the UI can be improved significantly and also the platform is hardcoded so every customization or changes in the module needs to be done by their partners that are onboarded by their team itself not like other CRMs where it's a Drag & Drop kind of model where the users can do it themselves. It wasn't that easy and it took a lot of time and efforts initially to be honest but once setup, it was easy to use.

I use Agentforce Sales to understand opportunities, automate tasks, and manage sales cycles efficiently, even across different industries and use-cases.
