There is also a natural concern regarding data privacy and accuracy, as trusting an autonomous system to communicate directly with high-value prospects carries the risk of "hallucinations" or off-brand messaging. Additionally, the cost structure—often involving consumption-based pricing—can make it difficult to predict monthly expenses as usage scales. I’d prefer them to be more accurate, and it would really help if the app explained the reasoning behind each suggestion. Also, when I’m working with large sets of data and records, it can feel slow or heavy. It should run faster and offer stronger filtering and sorting logic so searches can be completed quickly.

I like how stable it is, and I also appreciate the different interfaces it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s such a large platform that, if you want a personalized console, it becomes expensive and complicated to develop.

It gives the company control over all its data, including loads, people, payables, and billings.

What do you like best about the product?
the thing i like the most is that the data is stored at single place, i dont have to maintain different excel files to store the info. its easy to track, update in real time, assign & distribute easily among TLs, status tracking.

although its very good but in starting it looks complicating as comparison to my excel exp. sometimes it have multiple steps in even small updates like admin, config, etc etc which feels like time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
earlier my data was in different excel files , scattered in different places. It was a bit hard to track & manage the data. But in Agentforce, my data is centralized at one place for it was bit easy for me. earlier my manual work was more, but in agentforce helped me to reduce it through automation. reporting & insights got easy. Performance is quite smooth & reliable when it comes to large dataset.
