What do you like best about the product?
The integration with ERP supports the entire sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the costs can be quite high for smaller organizations.

The integrations could be improved, and the process feels slow at times.

Sales cloud is awesome. It really help but not having quoting end to end flow or order management

Sales cloud is awesome . But as the environment gross should provide more automated tool that comes for integration. Else it's take the jobs limit for data processing. This is especiywhen you use your large quoting system that are integrated with sfdc

Being able to create whatever you need for your users.

I'm still a beginner, so there's a lot to learn. Takes a while to learn everything especially if you only do certain tasks a couple times a year.

We use Salesforce to do a lot of project management with our customers.

Our sales teams enjoy the visualization of their account and k and data while they are out in the field.

The mobile app is not as intuitive as it could be.

Our sales reps are always on their phones so the mobile app lets them intelligently plan their day to make sure they are calling on accounts in a nearby radius, maximizing their time out in the field.
