What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has been a game-changer for us, especially when it comes to reporting. You can pull data from any field—standard or custom—making it super flexible. Plus, it's so easy to use! Even if you’re not tech-savvy, building reports is really easy. My team loves how quickly we can get insights and make decisions. The dashboards are also a huge help for tracking KPIs in real time. Overall, it’s been a great tool to keep everyone aligned and productive!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love how flexible Salesforce Sales Cloud is—it lets us customize things just the way we need. But with that flexibility comes a bit of a challenge: if you’re working with different teams or branches, it’s easy for everyone to start doing things their own way. Fields and processes can multiply fast! We’ve realized it’s important to keep things in check with solid management and regular cleanups to avoid technical debt. A little extra effort up front helps keep everything running smoothly without getting too complex

Easy reporting and have 360 view of sales performance

It can't be helped, but you need to be aware of the fields to understand how to use the product. Very manual.

What do you like best about the product?
I've worked on the platform for 8+ years and the flexibility it offers to meet a variety of business use cases and the ease of no code setup are game changers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility can be a double edged sword if not managed properly; it's easy for people who don't know what they're doing to go in and make significant configuration changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage our full customer lifecycle from lead to renewal.
