We were already very pleased with the use of Salesforce Sales, and now with the ability to set up agents quite easily with the entire framework that has just been delivered, we are going to enter an exciting new dimension.

Sales cloud has many bells and whistles to add-on to the native product. Before making a purchase on additional licenses, ensure your organization has a strong business need or process for the additional product or license!

Reporting and account tracking is great, profiling both customers and prospects.

Case management could be better, it's pretty basic and static within Sales Cloud.

With an integration to Quickbooks, it's been very helpful for tracking Accounts Receiveable status for current accounts, which reduces payment delinquencies.
