What do you like best about the product?
- Sales cloud helps us manage all relevant customer information in one place
- Allows us to customize important data
- by integrating our platform with sales cloud and CPQ, we can see E2E customer workflow

Cluttered UI, users may get overwhelmed with too much information

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesforce invests in sales cloud low-code / no-code automation tools. It allows admins to build sophisticated solutions without the need to learn a lot of coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the ui feels a little retro but it is not a big deal. It's just more of an aesthetic thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love the end to end full visibility of the leads and clients in sales cloud. You can also build in touch base cadences with your clients even after the sales/transaction is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much not to like about Sales Cloud

The platform allows for full visibility and accountability

Salesforce Sales Cloud gives customers a ready to go platform for supporting their sales teams with managing leads and opportunities , helping converting them into business.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of functionality is deferred to third party ISVs which open up additional partnership to manage, customers would want to simplify licensing and cost to go through Salesforce
