What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, easy to use and ever updating with more suggestions to streamline processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization and updating can take a long time and requires multiple user stakeholders at our org.

Customer opportunity, account, and contact records management. Keeping track of customer accounts.

Salesforce is known for being one of the more expensive CRM platforms, especially when you start adding additional features, modules, or third-party integrations. For smaller companies, the pricing model might be prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps by managing leads, automating sales tasks, and providing real-time insights into sales performance. It boosts efficiency, improves customer relationships, and supports better collaboration across teams. For you, it benefits account management, enhances service workflows, and ensures smoother operations with key metrics and analytics.

Without a doubt the best and most complete CRM on the market. Its countless customization and integration possibilities have allowed our sales process to reach a new level.

It is certainly not a product for small companies with simple processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales process is complex and Sales Cloud has allowed us to cover all needs, giving confidence to the process
Game changer for our sales reps!
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin, enabling salesforce maps was extremely easy. Our reps have been begging for functionality to make visiting their customers easier, but prior solutions just fell short. It was easy to install and our reps love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it's totally dependent on the data in your system. We have a lot of accounts with PO Boxes for an address, which doesn't accurately show on the map.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If a rep is visiting another customer, they want to know who else is in the area to make the best use of their time and travel

What do you like best about the product?
Says clothes pretty good in terms of pipeline management and their data model is pretty intensively thought through along with the supportive features that makes lead to account conversion an ease

The pricing, features and the micrification of the features makes it discouraging to use
