What do you like best about the product?
A single place for all your data with robust automations 😍
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, reporting can be a bit limited but there are add-ons to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single view for all our users to collaborate around
Sales cloud was able to make life easy for our sales rep

The Einstein integration in sales cloud and guidance for success provides important guidance to the sales reps

Might get a little difficult for non tech savvy sales reps to learn

Enabling the sales reps to close deals fasyer

What do you like best about the product?
Great way for us to track our pipeline management and get insights into our sales close ratio. Helps our individual reps and can give our leadership data towards hitting sales goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our compensation process is not directly tied to SF and have complex individualized sales goals that we miss out from some of the beenfits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are continuing to mature our lead generation and scoring to rely on analytics to make data driven decisions for pursuing prospects. We also use it for tracking our success of closing the deal with prospects when they go from lead to producing a quote

Dashboards. Work queues. Visibility into pipeline and opportunities.

How it was implemented for us. We aren't yet taking advantage of all of the tools available.

Sales cloud enables our team to do their job to the best of their ability with data and analytics to support their decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having more customization options in reporting and dashboards would allow a more tailored approach to day to day business.

Sales cloud is giving us real time feedback that we were not getting previously allowing us to react in real time to customers needs.
Great for recruiting trips

Maps takes the guess work out of planning recruiting trips. It helps us make the most of our time and reach more prospective students.

No complaints. It works great for our needs.

No more manual work
Easy and intuitive for sales user with modern UX/UI.

Lots of features to support sales team including insights and AI!

Sometimes it is difficult for admin to set up screen, permissions, views, etc.

Peformance tracking and end-to-end sales process was difficult before we use SF.

Sales have transitioned from email conversations to Salesforce instance and had been great forum as a one stop shop.
Helpful tool to streamline sales process
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Clois is highly customizable and extensible. Organizations can curate their data and user experience, and tailor Sales Cloud to match their existing business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that Salesforce admins still need to jump between Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience in order to accomplish some relatively routine tasks remains a pain point.

Sales Cloud is helping folks consolidate their accounts and sales pipelines across different lines of business.
