Sales cloud is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud enables my team to work efficiently and generate a lot more money .

Not much! I think sometimes things get a little overwhelming and it can be difficult to declutter. But overall it is great

I love the powerful workflows that help make my sales teams lives easier. I'm also a big fan of the AI components.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many downsides. I would just mention that to paint the full customer 360 you will also need other clouds.
