What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is best in class CRM. You get all of the standard functionality out of the box, but it can also be customized to your specific business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Sales cloud is the flagship product and works seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Salescloud for our core CRM functionality, and it is an efficient way to track the customer lifecycle, while also providing analytics for senior leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless experience between mobile and web is a plus. Helps while on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was not immediately intutitve and has a bit of a learning curve to use it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads management has enabled the team to track there leads easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how campaigns and prospect details are easy to find, update, and export whenever needed. The integrations are also really awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to get granular on reports and/or pulling in data from different areas to mesh together. The UI could be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SFSC allows our sales and B2B team to work more streamlined when dealing with our B2B prospect data.

Territory management feels underused. Quotes and Orders without CPQ is non-existant.

What do you like best about the product?
Just a little bit of technical elbow grease, and you can configure custom flows and triggers to align to your business process
What do you dislike about the product?
Many new features come out often which requires staying informed and on top of change management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the Sales Planning is done inside Sales Cloud and combines the efforts from Marketing allowing the org to report on a true picture of our progress.
