User friendly, even for non-technical people. Easy access to data and easy to use. Very configurable.

Sometimes difficult to troubleshoot errors/issues.

The Sales Cloud continues to amaze me! The functionality is ever evolving & continues to allow us to customize the sellers experience to align with our GTM motion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forecasting is not as advanced as I'd like it to be but more enhancements are coming which was exciting to hear.

An inside view to our true source of truth. It continues to help us properly manage our business effectively.
