Its easy to create and configure. Has a robust security policy with profiles and permissions set. Easy to integrate with other systems and customize

Multi tenent enviroment so you have to be aware of govenor limits.

Helps up keep track of potential opportunities and those won. Assists in forcasting new projects with easy to create reports

Duplicate Management can be better. Leads merge needs more flexibility.

The streamlined process with functionalities that are standard with ROM for customization to support from Lead generation to Opportunity Management to Quote generation for customers to review.

Currently siloed and separate from Service Cloud. Would like to see more integrated between the two clouds because our internal customers work in both clouds
