Occasionally creating reports can be difficult when fields from different objects are not readily available out of the box.

It is centralizing our previously very decentralizing business.

SF Sales Cloud comes with many standard objects and features that helps to structure work and data, but we can still customize the system to our business needs. The gmail integration and email capture are great capabilities.

More AI features should come as standard. Especially simple ones like mail generation.

Salesforce sales cloud has enabled us to effectively implement our sales workflows and product invoicing. This is an integral part of our sales strategy.

The least I like about the sales cloud that there is a steep learning curve for new users and complexity of customizations.
