I like the ability to customize the system to our business needs as well as the automation capabilities. The seemingly endless possibilities for integrations are also a plus.

I have experienced some user adoption issues due to "interface complexity"

Lead and oppty management? Centralizing data? Hard to say because I haven't worked with many other CRMs to compare.

Value for money, we need to find a way to make licenses more efficient.

There can be a lot of jumping. Salesforce is getting better with moving from one spot to another. But often there are a bunch of tabs in my navigation that I have to jump between.
