What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps us understand our entire sales process, from website click to contract sign, and beyond. Flexible solutions make it work for multiple teams. Robust reporting and connections to outside data sources keep finance and c-suite informed and engaged.

So many options it can get overwhelming!

The ability to use embedded Salesforce data for analytical purposes.

Not currently set up properly in our system.

it allows me to keep track of every aspect of my customers and their sales

It's complicated to set up very complicated features

It's keeping track of our sales in an orderly fashion so we can do forecasting

It's does can be a pain with managed packages some times. Person account is another area where we get issues sometimes.

Reports and Dashboards help me to keep my data all in one place in a visual format for everyone to see and drill down into.

I don't know enough yet. I know it has what need, bit I just need to discover it.

We haven't found any downsides yet! It's fanatastic.
