Allows us to keep track of customers that are potential leads. Great way to keep information organized versus what we did years ago.

Takes a lot of investment to stand up. We don't ba e great in house technical resources.

I like how it allows my team one place to manage pipeline and accounts and contacts while collaborating with other teams in the company.

There is so much capability to it, we only use a small portion of the functionality offered but hopefully will continue to build on it.
