Robust tool to enable sales
What do you like best about the product?
Big object structure, enabling advanced dara operations and using AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has to be customized heavily to suit our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is possible to sell using it :-) And also track pipelines and make predictions.

Easy to use, flexible and customizable
What do you like best about the product?
As a revops leader, I find Sales Cloud to be the perfect tool for our full funnel sales managment. It's customizable and easy to build reporting for our KPIs. Sales reps have high adoption in our org, and the interface is modern and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only compaint is that often new functionality is released that requires us to redo our set-up to be in line with best practices (i.e. when opportunity teams was released we had already set-up custom fields to create our own version of this.

Opportunity tracking from inception to booking.

The integration with ERP supports the entire sales cycle.

At times, the costs can be quite high for smaller organizations.

The integrations could be improved, and the process feels slow at times.

Sales cloud is awesome. It really help but not having quoting end to end flow or order management

Sales cloud is awesome . But as the environment gross should provide more automated tool that comes for integration. Else it's take the jobs limit for data processing. This is especiywhen you use your large quoting system that are integrated with sfdc

Being able to create whatever you need for your users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still a beginner, so there's a lot to learn. Takes a while to learn everything especially if you only do certain tasks a couple times a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce to do a lot of project management with our customers.
