What do you like best about the product?
Our company has all the SF modules (commerce, marketing, service, som); this help use to be integrated in a simple way and to have all the data in a unique system! This allow to manage data in a simple way.

The cost of licensing seems to be very high.

What do you like best about the product?
I like sales cloud because it is easily configured and quick to get up and running. At my company, we are bringing in two business units into Salesforce org, and they will be using sales cloud. it will enable them to have a centralized, safe place to store invaluable account data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is cost and the extra licenses sometimes needed to achieve the functionality we want

it is a secure place for end users in the business to store their account and opportunity data. many of our end users create quotes and track years long opportunities through sales cloud

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it feels like it's been designed with my daily work in mind. It's not just another software tool—it actually helps me stay organized and on top of my sales pipeline without feeling overwhelming. I can track leads and opportunities seamlessly, and the real-time dashboards give me a clear picture of where my team stands at any moment.

The automation is a lifesaver too—it handles those small, repetitive tasks that used to eat up my time, so I can focus more on building relationships with clients. And the best part? I can customize it to fit how we work, not the other way around. It’s almost like having a personal assistant who just ‘gets’ what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to point out a downside, it would be that Salesforce Sales Cloud can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many features and options that it can take some time to learn where everything is and how to use it effectively. The customization options are great, but they can also make setup a bit complicated if you’re not familiar with the system.

Also, it can get pricey, especially if you want to take advantage of all the add-ons and advanced features. Sometimes, I find myself spending more time configuring the system than actually using it to drive sales. But once you get over that learning curve, it does become a powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has really helped us get our sales process under control. Before using it, we were constantly losing track of leads, missing out on follow-ups, and struggling to keep everything organized. Now, all of our leads, customer interactions, and sales data are in one place, which makes everything so much easier to manage.

What I really appreciate is how it automates the little things—like sending follow-up emails or setting reminders. Those tasks used to take up a lot of our time, but now they just happen in the background. This means our team can spend more time building relationships and focusing on closing deals instead of getting stuck in the weeds with admin work.

Overall, it's helped us simplify and streamline our entire sales process, and we've definitely seen a boost in productivity and revenue because of it.
