What do you like best about the product?
I've worked on the platform for 8+ years and the flexibility it offers to meet a variety of business use cases and the ease of no code setup are game changers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility can be a double edged sword if not managed properly; it's easy for people who don't know what they're doing to go in and make significant configuration changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage our full customer lifecycle from lead to renewal.

Ease to do business. It is a great product and provide lots of out of box functionality and it help in customization as well.

Nothing as such but it would be better if the upgrade happens once in a year
