What do you like best about the product?
I've worked on the platform for 8+ years and the flexibility it offers to meet a variety of business use cases and the ease of no code setup are game changers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility can be a double edged sword if not managed properly; it's easy for people who don't know what they're doing to go in and make significant configuration changes.

We use it to manage our full customer lifecycle from lead to renewal.

We were already very pleased with the use of Salesforce Sales, and now with the ability to set up agents quite easily with the entire framework that has just been delivered, we are going to enter an exciting new dimension.
