What do you like best about the product?
It is fully customizable and can contain all the sales data my sales team needs to do their job.

Not all internal data is currently in Sales Cloud and cannot utilize all of our features.

Sales cloud has many bells and whistles to add-on to the native product. Before making a purchase on additional licenses, ensure your organization has a strong business need or process for the additional product or license!

Reporting and account tracking is great, profiling both customers and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Case management could be better, it's pretty basic and static within Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With an integration to Quickbooks, it's been very helpful for tracking Accounts Receiveable status for current accounts, which reduces payment delinquencies.

I like that Salesforce invests in sales cloud low-code / no-code automation tools. It allows admins to build sophisticated solutions without the need to learn a lot of coding.

Sometimes the ui feels a little retro but it is not a big deal. It's just more of an aesthetic thing.

I love the end to end full visibility of the leads and clients in sales cloud. You can also build in touch base cadences with your clients even after the sales/transaction is completed.
