Sales Cloud has amazing integration with the rest of the Salesforce products that allows you to get a full 360 view of our customer

What do you like best about the product?
Hugely customizable, which makes it a great tool for businesses and unique sectors such as mine. While a lot of solutions are available in plug-in play format there is always the option to customize or manually build out. Any features that are missing without the need for any extreme development.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many tools and features available that can be confusing to end users.

Allows us to tie all of our other production services together under one platform.
