What do you like best about the product?
Just a little bit of technical elbow grease, and you can configure custom flows and triggers to align to your business process

Many new features come out often which requires staying informed and on top of change management.

All the Sales Planning is done inside Sales Cloud and combines the efforts from Marketing allowing the org to report on a true picture of our progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sales Cloud continues to amaze me! The functionality is ever evolving & continues to allow us to customize the sellers experience to align with our GTM motion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forecasting is not as advanced as I'd like it to be but more enhancements are coming which was exciting to hear.

An inside view to our true source of truth. It continues to help us properly manage our business effectively.
