Unifying multiple applications used by our agents, allowing for a more seamless experience for the user and out customer

Salescloud allows me a finance director to get full visibility into our revenue pipeline without needing to add another calendar invite to speak with the team. It allows for efficiency and transparency in our busy days

At the moment not much I know we have issues with adoption from our internal key stakeholders.
