What do you like best about the product?
Finally having visibility and structure on sales activities and the wider pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adoption by frontline sales remains challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of sales activities. This in turn helps with identifying areas of improvement and steering sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a game changer for our organization. It has enabled our Sales teams to manage their sales pipeline and agency relationships to win more deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of the box capabilities evolve over time which is fantastic, however, it creates tech debt.

Sales Cloud has provided a solution for customer and sales opportunity management.
