SalesForce Cloud significantly improves the ability to do forecasting and pipeline management with minimal effort from the user

For our situation it was a bit more robust in the setup and implementation than we expected

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize the system to our business needs as well as the automation capabilities. The seemingly endless possibilities for integrations are also a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced some user adoption issues due to "interface complexity"

Lead and oppty management? Centralizing data? Hard to say because I haven't worked with many other CRMs to compare.

Value for money, we need to find a way to make licenses more efficient.

Improved forecasting capabilities but economic management, margins, discounts, etc. still need improvement.
