What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy to customize based on business needs. Enjoy the UI and out of box processes available

Security model is complex and difficult to implement at times

What do you like best about the product?
There's always a lot of buzz about the effectiveness of Salesforce for larger enterprises, but we've been happy with its usefulness as a small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can be a bit difficult to configure advanced options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very useful for reporting and relationship tracking.

Sometimes it can be too customized & needs additional assistance from consultants to fit needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud has everything you need to run a successful business. We've successfully implemented cpq for our quoting. Opportunity logging and account/contact management is very easy. New technology comes out 3 times a year making sure we are on the cutting edge at all times!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are pushed out before they are fully baked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a way to see everything we need to see to make sure our sales process is working. We can analyze where we are in with opportunities and revenue at any point in the year.

the automation tools available to decrease the workload on the sales team has really been transformative and increasing adoption rates within our organization.

I have no complaints about sales cloud right now most of my complaints have to do with service cloud

The platform feels infinitely configurable, giving us confidence that it will scale and adapt with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extensive capabilities can be overwhelming, and it can be too easy to mis-configure in a way that has long-term repercussions.

It houses and tracks our existing agreements, making it more streamlined to manage renewals and additional sales.
