What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is really great tool for enchanting productivity of internal sales team

Ease of all data insights, customer 360 biew

Sales cloud enables insights into sales, opportunities and leads, it helped us to cut lot of agents

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not a user myself, but many people in charge of consumer services use it regularly.
We would like to work in collaboration with many Salesforce products to provide seamless services.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to work in collaboration with many Salesforce products to provide seamless services.
It is difficult to submit internal applications when integrating data or using new functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be developed without coding and does not require large-scale capital investment.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many new and improved items to help Sales rep manage their workload withinf Salesforce!
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot of jumping. Salesforce is getting better with moving from one spot to another. But often there are a bunch of tabs in my navigation that I have to jump between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to helps our sales rep send less time doing repetative tasks and focus on selling

It's easy to find talented developers and admins given its ubiquity!

No complaints at this time, other than not having marketing cloud directly integrated.

What do you like best about the product?

Allows us to keep track of customers that are potential leads. Great way to keep information organized versus what we did years ago.

Takes a lot of investment to stand up. We don't ba e great in house technical resources.

Migrating from dynamics to salesforce for greater flexibility and so far what we've seen has been pretty great

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it allows my team one place to manage pipeline and accounts and contacts while collaborating with other teams in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much capability to it, we only use a small portion of the functionality offered but hopefully will continue to build on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead scoring and conversion, email tracking and sales analytics across multiple business units.
