Great for Sales Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy to use + definitely helpful in connecting various parts of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always as intuitive as I'd like. But usage helps with that.

Keeping record of all of those interacting with clients

Joined reports! Not sure that is Sales Cloud specific but I never have luck with them

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is easy to use, to train the users, is straightforward. It covers the key sales functionalities transversely for the different industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the gen ai functionalities related for the Portuguese language are still a work in progress.

Implement SFSC in large customer experience implementations.

Having all your sales information in one place and a single source of truth empowered or organization to committee to grow and scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always rough edges around integrations and good data, but as a whole Salescloud is rarely solely to blame for the challenges with data.

It solves a unified view and standardized process. It helps is understand all the most important events across a sale.

We've used this for admissions and recruitment. The ability to map out the places we visit and the accounts and data associated with them is very useful.

It's a bit hard to get used to at first
