What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud can show the sales process and tasks, so even members with low skills won't get lost in the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is expensive and ROI is hard to justify
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to obtain results unless sales representatives take the time to enter data
