Sales stages should have more options...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at University of Florida and sales cloud is really helpful to bring more enrollments.

Love how you can now integrate so much into sales cloud now. No longer a basic CRM

Clunky at times. Wish it was more intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive sales paths you can build and the declarative capabilities available to any administrator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be a little tricky on full lead to Opportunity lifecycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to close deals fast. With great reporting metrics available on top of a streamlined sales process, we are able to effectively improve our sales operations.
