SalesForce sales cloud provides an amazing help to end users.
The features like
Lead management, sales forecast, automations and reporting empowers our teams to be agile and more productive.
Also the ability of Mobile access brings an easy way to stay up to speed.

Sales cloud is an amazing tool.
The main challenge will be the learning curve for the users to setup and use the systems.

Sales Cloud helps me manage my pipeline better and makes collaboration with my colleagues extremely seamless.

I feel that there should be options to integrate it better with external applications.

It allowes us to build Gecko HRM product on the platform providing security and reliability for our customers.

Sometimes we need to find workarounds for edge cases but luckily Salesforce community and also Salesforce team has our back to resolving issues fast.
