While I was using used to freeze some times and need to reload and relogin.

Agentforce Sales Streamlines Repetitive Tasks and Keeps Everything in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Agentforce Sales is that it genuinely takes a lot of the boring, repetitive work off my plate. Tasks like updating data and keeping track of follow-ups don’t feel like such a headache anymore.

I also appreciate having everything in one place, because it makes a real difference day to day. I don’t have to jump between different tools just to see what’s happening with a lead or a deal. The insights are helpful as well, and they give me a clearer idea of what to do next. Overall, it makes the sales process feel much more manageable and a lot less messy.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like as much is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features, so it takes time to understand how everything works, and the setup isn’t always straightforward.

It can also get expensive as you add more features or users, which might not suit smaller teams. Another downside is that the interface can feel cluttered at times, so finding what you need isn’t always quick or easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What Agentforce Sales is really solving is the amount of manual, repetitive work in the sales process. Tasks like updating records, tracking leads, following up, and managing data used to take up a lot of time, but now much of that is automated.

It also helps keep everything organized in one place and provides a clear view of customer interactions. That makes it easier to understand what’s happening, what’s been done, and what still needs attention. The AI insights are useful as well, especially for deciding on the next step and prioritizing leads.

For me, the biggest benefit is the time savings, it lets me focus more on actual selling instead of admin work. Overall, it makes the process smoother and a bit more efficient.

Powerful Account Management with AI Forecasting

What do you like best about the product?
I love the comprehensiveness of it and how streamlined it is having everything centered in one place is extremely convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive and steep learning curve especially for administrators. Additionally, customization can be complex and I also believe the performance in speed with the amount of users can be slow at times, but for the most part, it’s not an issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account management centralized in one place is the problem sales cloud solves for us. Again, the streamlined nature of it putting everything in one place is exemplary and I don’t believe there’s much argument that salesforce is the industry Maverick and leader and I think they carry that flag well and offer the best product on the market.

Its a great way to organize all your business's sales activities: pipeline, revenue tracking, reporting on each rep's revenue and work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be over-configured and be a mess to clear out, so make sure you have clear business requirements when building new functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it a lot easier for me to see how my team is doing day to day, as well by month, quarter, and over the year. Helps us stay on track to our goals.

AgentForce Sales is an AI based agent and driven assistance which really helps to build an workflow ,Summarize accounts and opportunities, draft email and answer the question naturally like an human

Its really help to scale and implement simple and more complex workflow in easy way with deep integration features

This platform is highly customizable workflows, dashboards and automations can be tailored based on marketing and sales team requirement
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime we used to face slower performance when its handling higher dataset or due to heavily customized orgs setup

AI trust and transparency is completely questionable when it comes to action
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Agentforce we have eliminated lot of manual and reputative works like updating records, logging activity, searching for account information and details and which help of AI driven methodology we are highly focusing on Selling instead of CRM Maintenance.

Good for small teams to manage sales leads

What do you like best about the product?
We use Agentforce Sales mainly to manage leads from our website and Instagram. Earlier we were handling everything on WhatsApp and Excel, which was messy and easy to miss follow-ups.

Now we create leads in one place and assign them to team members. We mostly use simple stages like New, Follow-up and Closed. Task reminders help us not miss any leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue is that it takes some time to understand in the beginning. Setting up things like fields and stages was a bit confusing at first.

Some parts of the interface also feel a little complex for small teams, especially when trying to customize things.

Pricing can also feel a bit high if you start using more features, but for basic use it’s manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we were managing leads through Instagram DMs and Excel, so many times follow-ups were missed or delayed. Now we keep all leads in one place and update their status regularly. It’s easier to see who has been contacted and who needs follow-up. This has helped us respond faster and keep things more organized, especially when there are multiple inquiries at the same time.

An excellent platform with AI features that autonomously handle repetitive tasks, giving me more time to focus on what I need to address in my assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is fine overall. I do think it could benefit from better custom Lee service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating tasks has freed up my workflow and provided more space to focus on leads rather than bookkeeping.
