What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track the sales record and check the important figure through the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it takes time to make the habit of registering all the required information actually and timely

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud allows me a finance director to get full visibility into our revenue pipeline without needing to add another calendar invite to speak with the team. It allows for efficiency and transparency in our busy days
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment not much I know we have issues with adoption from our internal key stakeholders.

Flexible and able to trailer it to specific needs

Adoption of the platform seems to be a barrier, but that's not a knock on the platform itself.

Easy of scheduling and data collection upon coming to meetings

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to organize all the Leads and convert into Opportunities with a Campaign is awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
In mi opinion when occur some error the UI is not intuitive and shows a lot of unnecessary information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking is one of the most helpful solution, because yo can see all the email activities related to a record and that impact directly in my time.

What do you like best about the product?
customer data and leads centralization, and opportunities for easy management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that we either keep all data in the CRM to benefit the 360 view, or it gets complex to build API from legacy systems to retrieve data. Both are costly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The 360 view gives the comprehensive view of customers and their currents deals and purchases, allowing personalised interaction
