Each sales team has its own unique process and ways of tracking forecasts. Collaborating on opportunities is also easily achieved with sales cloud while also considering opportunities split.

user friendly interface helps adoption & quarterly product release updates bring regular improvements

The cost is high for the product but it is worth the cost : )

What do you like best about the product?
Account management is my favorite part of this sales CRM solution. Salesforce gives a uniform platform where accounts can integrate with ERP systems and other instances of Salesforce. This enables seamless account management for all sales channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge we face with this service is reporting on child custom objects with multiple hierarchies of quotes. You can use joint reporting to support, but not perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is solving our volume problem and real time updates to opportunities or business grooms. Enabling parties to interact with records at the same time has been crucial.
Great value and must for fast paced sales organization
What do you like best about the product?
All the new features including sales engagement, opportunity scring sales auto activity logging, calling from sales app and enhanced forecasting are great value add and efficiency boosting features

Not really something that I can think off

Maps offers an extended way of transforming your sales team to engage with customer success through a visualization of where customer projects are at in the purchase cycle.

Importation of data from external sources including revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer visits, review of territory time management and timeline of closure for pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its ability to streamline and automate sales process.The customization option allows to tailor workflows and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is expensive. Customization is a bit challenging as it requires developers support.

It gives a great real-time insights for sales teams performance like KPIs. Provide ways to track leads, oppurtunities and follow ups.
