What do you like best about the product?
I recently had the opportunity to use Salesforce Maps and I wanted to share my thoughts on the product. I found it to be an incredibly valuable tool for managing and analyzing our sales territories. The ability to visualize our data on a map made it easy to identify areas of opportunity and plan our sales strategy accordingly. The interface was user-friendly and the integration with our Salesforce data was seamless. Overall, I highly recommend Salesforce Maps to any organization looking for an effective way to manage and optimize their sales territories.

Salesforce maps doesnot work for china users.

Salesforce maps can helps you to track and bring more leads during your planned visit

Performance limitations with page layouts

Allows sales users to work with customers seamlessly with opportunities and quotes and using AI to determine what may close quicker than other opportunities

Salesforce has helped us optimize all of our contacts and accounts using sales cloud

We like using sales cloud to consolidate all of our accounts and contacts together so that it's easier for us to coordinate responses to customers and sales opportunities, along with tracking potential leads and future sales.

There aren't any negatives with this product. We've been able to customize it and continue to build a business processes around it with ease.

What makes the work easier for the salespeople is how clear it is to see the important data and not forget anything.

How expensive the licenses are and that not everyone can benefit from them

It includes numerous features that allow sales activities to be more effectively demonstrated. It is easy to integrate with external services.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features, making it difficult to master. Also, much of the information is not in Japanese or is limited.

It is provided on the cloud, allowing sales representatives to use Salesforce anywhere and check records, etc.
