What do you like best about the product?
CG team is using this solution as we integrate this using Mule, on integration front we love the flexibility and ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such we are not fully application users.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to create opportunities, accounts, and account contacts from leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are places that don't support Japanese very well. I'm having a bit of trouble when searching. I would be happy if it could be improved a little more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various departments use negotiations for sales, but the rules are not standardized.

At times hard to track sales pipelines with data skew

Out of the box has all Sales related functions and objects

Deployment with Copado is getting difficult with Sales cloud

Customers want a one stop solution so out of the box Sales cloud does that

I don't have any constructive feedback. Everything is great so far.

I love the UI/UX and the overall functionality. When configured properly, it works amazing.

I don't like how easy it is to accrue tech debt.

What do you like best about the product?
You don't have to reinvent the wheel everywhere you work. Best practice is best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is sometimes a bit high because they know the value. Still a net positive but it can be prohibitive for smaller companies.
