Effective Lead Management
What do you like best about the product?
Before implementing Salesforce, the Business Development department lacked a robust CRM system for effective lead management. The previous tool, an in-house program called Liaison, offered features like pipeline management and employee application submission, but it was unable to track candidates throughout the entire lead-to-hire process. It also had limited capabilities for dialing, emailing and texting candidates. After a cyber breach, we transitioned to Salesforce, though we initially faced several bugs that took time to resolve. Now, we have a CRM that supports the majority of our business operations within Salesforce. Additionally, Salesforce integrates with third-party tools like SMS 360, Lightning Dialer, Local Presence, and Model Match, enhancing its functionality. I believe Salesforce is the best CRM for Business Development, Implementation, HR, and other departments involved in the hiring process.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, one area where Salesforce falls short is in providing a complete solution for the hiring process. There are still many manual steps required, and if someone doesn’t update the application status, we sometimes lose track of where we are in onboarding new loan officers and branch managers. As we continue to explore its features and functionality, I’m confident we’ll eventually streamline the hiring process as well.

Sales cloud solved our meed to track all of our customers and report on that data in a reliable way. This allows us to better serve are customers, understand their needs, and know which ones are our too performers.

I like that all information can be managed on one screen, from basic information to contact history and contact person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that integration requires the introduction of other Salesforce products, which incurs additional costs.

It is possible to centrally manage various data related to sales activities, such as customer information management and negotiation progress management.

The ease of doing business. Takes away lots of guess work

Companies still use a lot of disconnected systems and Salesforce may want to also want to connect to legacy Apps

The kpis and leads. The reports are good too.

Leads converting opp is a not the best route. Its not very straight forward. We need better process flows there
