I like how Salesforce integrates all of our information and gives us a 360 look into our customer.

Salesforce can be hard to get started with. A lot of the things are not out of the box.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Salescloud has a very large ecosystem of partners and connections to allow our company to make sure data about our customers and processes can be captured in a single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all that Salescloud can do, it is quite complex and and somewhat expensive, even with non-profit discount. However, not many systems come close to it in terms of interoperability. The learning curve is quite high to implement correctly, but once implemented, day to day uses seems very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to bring together data from disparate systems and make data presentable to end users.

Salesforce salescloud gives us the end to end journey starting from web to lead to closing a opportunity. All this resides inside salesforce and their out of the box features.

Salesforce CPQ is expensive and standard quote process

One potential downside of Sales Cloud is its complexity, especially for smaller teams or businesses without dedicated Salesforce admins. The platform offers a vast array of features that can require significant customization, which may lead to a steeper learning curve. Additionally, licensing and add-ons can be expensive, and managing integrations with other systems can sometimes be challenging without proper expertise.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving the problem of fragmented sales processes and lack of visibility into customer interactions. It helps centralize customer data, streamlines lead and opportunity management, and automates repetitive tasks, allowing our sales team to focus on building relationships and closing deals. Additionally, Sales Cloud provides real-time reporting and forecasting, enabling better decision-making and improved collaboration across teams.

Superior CRM with Versatility
What do you like best about the product?
There is abundance of out-of-the box tools that you can use to keep track of customer data. Being cloud-based is great as it makes it more accessible. It's mostly intuitive, but customizations can be made and are strongly encouraged with clicks, but also custom code. A great tool in the right hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve that some would consider steep. Not only for users, but for the people who maintain Salesforce Orgs.

It's a source of truth for Client and Sales data.
