What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy Salesforce Sales Cloud is to use, making configuration simple without needing extensive coding. The opportunity tracking and reporting features are valuable to leadership, enhancing our pipeline visibility. The flows are particularly useful for swiftly implementing business requirements with minimal development team dependency. I also value it as a low-code solution that supports security and integrates service bots.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud solves document tracking issues, enhances opportunity tracking, and aids in reporting and leadership forecasting. The low-code solution allows quick implementation without much reliance on developers, improving efficiency.

Sales funnel
Great for Tracking Applicants, But Funnel Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has been very helpful for us in tracking potential applicants. It allows us to monitor their progress throughout our application funnel, and I am now able to generate more detailed reports as a result.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren’t any true funnel reports available. The current funnel reports only display where applications are in the process, rather than providing a view of the entire journey through the application process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes it much easier for me to monitor where students are in the application process, something that was previously quite challenging.

Ease of use. Never moss any leads. Opporunities and cases in one place.

The consistent experience over five years gives us confidence to maintain its use.

I feel that there is a lack of practical use cases for my communication area. It would be beneficial to see how the agentic feature can help overall. While there are frameworks provided, having direct, industry-specific use cases would be very helpful to me.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud aids in configuring complete buy journeys, supports communication needs, and integrates with industry-specific clouds. It helps streamline use cases and enhances customer interactions, although more practical use cases could further optimize our communication strategies.
Data-Driven Flexibility with Some Support Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility Salesforce Sales Cloud offers, allowing me to set up business processes that fit our unique needs rather than forcing us to adapt our processes to the tool. I value the robust solutions we can build with low code, which made the setup effort worth it. The integration capabilities with our internal systems are seamless and beneficial. Leveraging Einstein features has enhanced our pipeline forecasting and data-driven strategies. Moving from manual processes to data-backed insights has significantly improved our sales and marketing ROI tracking, customer understanding, and revenue prediction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the support received from Salesforce when setting up a new organization to be lacking. There is not enough access to best practices, and it doesn't adequately assist teams in gaining the necessary buy-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sales Cloud to track pipelines and forecast sales, integrate tools, adopt Einstein features, and move to a data-driven strategy, improving accuracy and ROI tracking.
Easy Onboarding with The II, but Dashboard Creation Needs Improvement

The II makes onboarding simple and easy to adopt. Less clicks and easier access to key items

Limitations around some of the dashboard creation for our team.
