Reports and dashboards, lot of customization
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like when you chatter a group( making a chatter group) they don’t get any notification
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the time we require high intense reports and this is a great platform for it
Easy Integration, but Out-of-the-Box Features Need Improvement

It's easy to connect the components, which helps deliver value to users.

It is difficult to use the out-of-the-box features in a way that matches our business processes.

Centralized queue management systems are effective for integrating various rqi tools, allowing for smoother coordination and improved workflow.
Easy to Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use of the tool which is very user-friendly and simple to configure. The improvement in tracking our business opportunities has significantly increased customer satisfaction. The ability to share information between different sales teams is a great advantage for us.

The price is much too expensive.

I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for automating the entire sales process, which represents a great benefit for my team. This has helped us increase efficiency and optimize workflow, bringing financial returns in our sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup process of Salesforce Sales Cloud difficult. The lack of knowledge from the vendor made the start a challenge and I had to seek help directly. I wish there was more support or assistance from the vendor.

Best-in-Class CRM for Opportunity Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud consolidates our opportunity management process effectively in the construction industry. It enhances visibility into our forecast pipeline, which is crucial for determining company projects. Additionally, it seems to be the best in class for CRM functionalities.

I find the user interface of Salesforce Sales Cloud a bit clunky and believe it could be more polished for a better user experience.

The forecast definition is not good enough

Clear and Detailed Guidance, but Truck Routing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the clarity and level of detail it offers, particularly when used alongside Field Service to guide engineers to their tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still room for improvement when using it alongside the enhanced scheduling engine, as the truck routes it generates need more attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our client lacked the ability to identify the exact location of a potential water leak and what considerations to take into account, e.g. access. Having a map to give a visual changes the game.
