What do you like best about the product?
We are implementing Sales Cloud in the real estate industry. By using dashboards and sales forecasts, sales activities can be visualized, which I believe enables more efficient sales operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to analyze across multiple objects in reports. Complex analysis requires Tableau, so I would like reports to be able to handle as complex analyses as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a vertically structured organization, it was difficult to see the activities of the salespeople, but it was good that the use of an analysis tool allowed supervisors to have an overview.

What do you like best about the product?
The Lightning interface is incredibly user-friendly and makes navigating the system so much smoother. Features like Opportunity Management have helped us keep a clear view of our sales pipeline, and Lead Management has made it easier to prioritize and convert leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some teams are still stuck in Classic experience and have a hard time transitioning to Lightning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I also love how customizable the dashboards are—it's easy to track performance and key metrics in real time. The integration with AI through Einstein Analytics is another bonus, giving us deeper insights into customer behavior. Overall, Sales Cloud has boosted our productivity and helped us close deals faster!

What do you like best about the product?
SalesCloud provides the facility to drive Sales. Not only does it deliver on the basics of what's needed by your sales teams, but features beyond for analytics and monitoring. Understand your people, and your pipeline. Use the data and drive change in treatment of your leads/opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly the integration to expand your ability to analyze is restricted and requires more from Salesforce. But the basics exist.
