Sales Cloud comes with an out of the box solution that can be ready to use with very little customization. Putting more effort into it. And you get the ideal solution for your company.

Some standard features cannot be customized, and that can sometimes impose a limitation.

It allows us to manage the entire sales process without needing any other tool.

What I liked best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its powerful opportunity management and reminder features. The platform's ability to track and prioritize sales opportunities helped us stay focused on high-value prospects. Additionally, setting up reminders ensures that our sales team never misses a follow-up or important task, which keeps deals moving forward and improves overall sales efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that the lead process can be a bit cumbersome. Although it offers robust features, the flow for managing and nurturing leads isn't as smooth as I'd like it to be, which can occasionally slow down our sales efforts.

Salesforce Sales Cloud tracks all sales activities, ensuring your team's efforts - calls, follow-ups, and meetings - are visible and recognized, not just closed deals. It automates reporting and highlights each rep's contribution throughout the sales process, providing fair credit and accountability.
