Sales Cloud allows our teams to forecast track our sales across multiple departments so we can work towards one goal. The ability for marketing to track the journey of their leads and campaigns to calculate their ROI. Our Partner Business Development team can manage referral opportunities from our partners and enable pipeline management between our organization to easier close deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
As our company has multiple departments contributing to lead and opportunity generation, the ability to apply shared attribution to leads and opportunities would allow us to better travk our customer journeys and at which points through the process each department interacts with the customer.

Sales cloud solve issues around sales enablement with our partners and managing the pipeline progression to get to close.
