Honestly, its a great product. maybe some advanced AI features which is coming to start building agents.

Creating task automations help track sales productivity with the mobile app providing all round accessibility to the sales team. It is secure and scalable for business growth.

The customization capabilities means that complex customizations can be built in, with complex automations which further leads to tech debt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the sales team track the progress of deals through different stages, giving visibility into which opportunities are likely to close. This leads to better planning and utilization of resources across board.

Sales Cloud is so helpful for managing my sales cycle with actionable insights.

The least helpful thing is very minimal.

It's allowing me to track my leads and prospects in a more automated manner.
Streamlining the sales process
What do you like best about the product?
It let's you guide your sales reps through the complete sales process, give them guidance, remind them on what to do and when to follow up and keeps record of all that is happening involving the customer while doing that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite pricy for smaller companies to afford so as a consultant you need to make the best of what you can get out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing all information and functionality into one spot so sales reps have everything at the ready. The don't have to jump between systems anymore to bring a potential customer from lead to opportunity to happy customer.

I think there could be more options to drill down. Prospects need more granularity and the product can reflect that better.
