It is a great and eaay way to keep track of accounts and contacts. I love how customizable the fields are, you can adjust fields that are more applicable to your industry.

I dislike how we have to add/implement different apps

We used to house our data on excel spreadsheets! Once we integrated SF Cloud it became a lot easier to keep track of our data and to run/analyze data.
