One of Salesforce Cloud’s strongest features is its customization capabilities. With tools like Lightning App Builder, users can create custom apps and automate complex workflows without needing deep technical knowledge. Additionally, the integration options are virtually limitless, allowing businesses to connect Salesforce with other third-party tools seamlessly.

One of the least helpful aspects of Salesforce Sales Cloud is its complexity, especially for new users or smaller businesses.

This is a specific set of tools that help sales professionals deliver at the next level

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. The only thing might be that a first time user would need time to become familiar with the power possible with sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my professional contacts are migrating from soreadsheets to sales cloud and seeing that they are able to stay in contact with prospects in a more timely and specific manner.

There is no better way to organize the day and be able to plan ahead. The use of tools within the platform allow for a seamless flow from a presale to onboarded experience

Not quite sure. The way you can customize while using out of the box tools makes this hard to answer
