Salesforce Sales Cloud stands out for its customization, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights with Einstein, helping sales teams prioritize leads and forecast effectively. Its automation tools streamline tasks, while seamless integration with other platforms enhances overall productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Salesforce Sales Cloud is its complexity, especially for new users, as the extensive customization options can lead to a steep learning curve. Additionally, the cost can be high, particularly for smaller businesses, and some users find that the system can become slow or cluttered as more data is added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It unlocks a great potential for sales rep to sales faster by having an integrated customer 360 view beforehand while interacting with customers.

I love how configurable Sales Cloud is! I can build a sales process for various teams with different stages and probabilities.

It can be a bit overwhelming for smaller sales teams, but can be configured to hide unused fields and functionality.

There wasn't much that stuck out that I disliked.

Salesforce Maps help you sell to and serve customers better, optimize schedules and routes for in-person and virtual visits, and find new business.

The UI can be more user friendly. It looks very pretty but it can add more user friendly access and shortcuts

It is a necessary evolution to streamline the integration of referential integrity and data exploitation.
What do you like best about the product?
That in the company we are already making progress in this area and I hope that by next year we can start using it!!!

Prices are often a major topic in the investment decision the company is seeking, and the existing alliance with Microsoft is a priority, so other tools are discarded.

There is a lack of trained personnel and expense control in the company.
